Shipping Policy

All Stay Motivated products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for production and shipping.

Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, fulfillment may take longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has been fulfilled. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, product, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated U.S. delivery is generally 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs or local carrier delays.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work to make it right.

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has shipped and may be outside our control. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
